I meant that your system for tagging notes by state in your knowledge pipeline is similar to my Minecraft metaphor.

By the way another interesting similar process is Kanban.

Aka say Kanban board for product features where features move from idea, to evaluation, to design, to implementation, to release and validation.

Probably similar approach should be adopted for learning/ideas/knowledge/note taking.
