Now about content of the article. I have not found any motions of use cases that work or do not. You mostly complain about hype and marketing.

In that sense, what do you have to support your argument aside from complaints and things that do not relate to AI usefulness or lack of it. You speak about copyrights and costs. But that is not AI utility itself.

Also do you have access to some studies on its utility? Helped to evaluate its use in organisations?
