If AI Is the New Electricity, Do You Need to Learn Prompt Engineering?
Last month I visited a local startup tech conference as a speaker on AI use cases. Obviously, AI was a hot topic there, though perhaps not as much as one would expect given all the hype surrounding it for last year.
One issue that kept coming up was the challenge of upskilling workers for this new AI age. I have seen presentations and had people come up to talk about that. With so many tools and changes hitting the market amid a lot of noise and hype, company owners are struggling to figure out whether they need to provide upskilling for their employees or simply replace them.

There seems to be a prevailing notion that everyone needs to become a prompt engineer these days. Courses, companies, and training programs focused on prompt engineering are popping up everywhere.
