Apple won and killed Flash. Pervesed discourse on write once and run everywhere.

This is just new cycle of the wheel. Electron sucks in many ways. But solves a problem businesses and users had and will have. That move by Apple feels meh. I thought that they are just copying what ChromeOS does with Android apps.

All in all users expect similar experience and exactly same amount of features on desktops, mobiles and web. While businesses are not interested employing multiple teams that waste time battling over programming languages, patterns, platforms instead of providing value to users.
